Incredibly Delicious Cheese Garlic Bread Spread

Ingredients:
  • 1/2-1 cup margarine
  • 3 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:
  1. Microwave margarine in medium glass bowl for about 40 seconds or until about halfway melted.
  2. Mix in all ingredients, using a fork.
  3. Spread mixture over bread (I use a one of those long sourdough french loaves split in half lengthwise but I've also used plain thickcut bread or split dinner rolls).
  4. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes at 450, until top is golden brown.

It ain't pasta if it ain't fried, y'all. A twist on an old classic. This is kind of messy but soooo good. Looks like an appetizer but eats like a meal. The whole family loves it and the stuffed noodles can be frozen and used at a later point. Fried Lasagna Yields: 10 Prep Time: 0 hours 10 mins Cook Time: 0 hours 40 mins Total Time: 0 hours 50 mins Ingredients: Cooking spray 10 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions 1 oz. (15-oz.) container ricotta 4 large eggs, divided 2 cloves garlic, minced Kosher salt Freshly ground pepper 1 c. shredded mozzarella 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 2 c. Best Buttercream Frosting

Loved this recipe! I used unsalted buter so it didn't have that buttery taste, and you also have to make sure the butter is softened at room temperature. Don't try to cheat and melt the butter in the microwave - you will get soup.  This was an excellent frosting! I hit the jackpot when I found this one! It has a light and smooth texture and was perfect for my son's birthday cake. The flour mixture should be cooked until it is thick, like gravy. It doesn't have to form a "ball" as I don't know what that means either, like one of the reviews I read. Let it cool to room temperature b4 adding to the butter/sugar mixture. I followed this recipe exactly and used granulated sugar.  If you beat the frosting long enough, you won't get that gritty taste and the sugar dissolves if the flour mixture is just the right temperature. It did not take the full 15 minutes to beat though, more like 6 minutes. If you give it a chance, this is a very good frosting! Get the
