Made these for a holiday party with my family — everyone went NUTS! They. Are. So. Good. A little crispy on the outside, perfectly chewy and soft on the inside. I also substituted in 1 cup whole wheat flour, and it added a really nice flavor and texture. These are perfection — snickerdoodles aren’t even my kind of cookies (I’m more of a funfetti chocolate chip girl). These easy Oreo bat bites recipe are simple, easy, and perfect for a not-so-spooky Halloween celebration! Easy 4 Ingredients Bat Bites Ingredients: * Miniαture Reeses Cups * Thin Oreo Chocolαte Sαndwich Cookies * Pre-mαde creαm cheese frosting or homemαde * Edible eyes Directions: 1. Remove the wrαppers from the Reeses cups.
 2. Breαk the cookies in hαlf αnd then sepαrαte αll of the pieces from one αnother so you now hαve four "bαt wings". Scrαpe off the frosting αnd discαrd (or eαt!)

My husband and I first tried this dessert at a family function last year Fourth of July. Since then I've been waiting very patiently for a second appearance. We both could've sworn they were called almond bars and made by Uncle Jeffrey, so finding the recipe would be a breeze, but when we brought it up no one seemed to know what we were talking about! I must say, this mac and cheese was quite delicious, and definitely tastier than the made-from-a-box versions we ate so many years ago. It’s spicy and satisfying, and my husband was definitely a happy camper the night he had this for dinner. I’ll be making it for him whenever he requests it (which I’m sure will be often), because I loved it just as much as he did. photo: www.thibeaultstable.com Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes Ingredients: Potatoes Cut in to smaller size pieces (I use Russet Potatoes) A few tablespoons of olive oil 2-3 cloves garlic, minced 1 to 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsley Fresh grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: Preheat oven to 450 °F.  Cut potatoes into cubes or wedges.  Bring a pot of water to a boil.  Add the potatoes and cook for 3 to 6 minutes depending on size. While potatoes are cooking put oil in cast iron skillet or other heavy pan and heat in oven.   Drain the potatoes  and place them back in the pot.  Put the pot back on the burner and shake to dry the potatoes and to rough up their surface. This is what gives roasted potatoes that perfect crust. Add the potatoes to the hot oil , toss to coat and roast turning once or twice. I made this and it is FANTASTIC!!! Arguably one of the easiest and tastiest cakes I have made in a long time. Brought it to a dinner with friends. Everyone loved it. However, make sure to use the right size pan to bake in because I used a cookie sheet, but it was not big enough and I had icing running over. Otherwise, I plan on making this for my brothers housewarming party with his new wife (and a larger pan, LOL)! I love a good sheet cake, it is the perfect thing for feeding a crowd. I found this recipe at Eat Cake for Dinner .  I love every recipe I have made from that blog! These were so easy and were very tasty! Can't ever have enough easy crock pot recipes! Slowcooker Pork Chops Ingredients: 4 thick-cut pork chops, bone in or boneless 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 c. chicken broth pepper Instructions: Combine soup, dressing mix, garlic, and broth.  Sprinkle chops with pepper (do not salt).  Place chops in slow cooker and pour soup mixture over top.  Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low 6-7 hours.  Serve over rice.

Lime Bars Yield: 16 bars Ingredients: For the crust: 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs zest of one lime 6 tablespoons salted butter, melted For the filling: 1-14 oz. can fat free sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup lime juice 2 large egg yolks Directions: Heat the oven to 350F, then grease an 8″ square pan, line it with parchment paper that hangs over the edge of the pan by a few inches (so you can remove the bars from the pan more easily). Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and zest.  Press into the prepared pan, pressing the crust mixture one inch up the side of the pan.  Bake for 10 minutes.  Allow to cool completely. I love when desserts only have a few ingredients, take a few minutes to make and taste amazing!  These Nutty Caramel Bars fit that description perfectly!  These sweet, chocolaty bars are to die for!  I had to give them all away to stop myself from eating the whole pan.  They are that good! People simply love them. In college I discovered Lemon Drop cookies from a place called Cookies By Design, they were my obsession. My roomates served them at my bridal shower. My favorite late night indulgence is salami and cream cheese on crackers. Salty cured sausage, sweet creamy cheese, crisp buttery crackers, served with a refreshing chilled beverage...doesn't get much better than that! However there are a few problems translating this delicious little snack into the ideal appetizer for a crowd. The traditional method of applying cream cheese to the cracker and adding a piece of salami results in a soggy cracker if left in the refrigerator for any length of time. The sodden cracker was the most important hurdle to overcome, but then came the painstaking effort and endless trials I had to put myself and the family through to get the salami to cheese ratio just right.
